How to open the throat chakra (Vishuddha)?

According to Buddhist and Hindu beliefs, the chakras are vast reservoirs of energy in the human body.
There are 7 in number, and there are many consequences of blocking one of them, especially the throat.
This is why it is important to keep the Vishuddha open.
But how do you get there?

The throat chakra rules all areas of the jaw, mouth, thyroid gland, and throat.
It is said to be out of balance when blocked or too open.
If it is not rebalanced, there is a high risk that many negative feelings will emerge.

It manifests itself among others by:

Why do you have to open the throat chakra?
The 5th chakra is undoubtedly extremely related to the expression of one’s personality.
It is therefore important that it be kept alert, because it is in everyone’s best interests.
On the physical and emotional level
Physically, the openness or balance of the throat chakra promotes ease of expression, especially the ability to speak the truth.
It helps raise your voice so that everyone can hear what you have to say.
It also promotes communication.
It can be internal, external, verbal or not.
With the balance of the throat chakra you are prepared to create.
It often results in the fulfillment of your ideas, the realization of the patterns of your imagination.
In addition, your foresight is more acute, which makes it easy to achieve set goals.

How to open the throat chakra?
To open the throat chakra you need:
Drink more water
Water not only helps to hydrate but also helps cleanse the throat chakra.
This creates a healthy flow of energy.
Air out the house
Home aromatherapy helps dispel negativity and restore balance to the chakras.
Using scents like jasmine, sandalwood, calendula, and rosemary you can open up the throat.
Eat more fruit
Add fruits like apples, limes and peaches to your diet as part of the cleansing and activation of your fifth energy center.
Use essential oils
To open the throat chakra, you should use essential oils and flower essences of citronella, sage, trumpet vine, hyssop, geranium, cosmos, blue chamomile and larch.
Use blue color
This is the color of the throat chakra.
It helps to support or stimulate it.
With its calming effect, this color of honesty and wisdom helps to heal or open the blocked Vishuddha.
By wearing blue, you greatly promote balance and healing of the crystal chakras.
Meditation on this color also helps to reduce the imbalance of the 5th chakra.
If there is a subtle way to draw attention to the latter, it is to incorporate the decoration of your office or home in the color blue.
Talking to others
Speak clearly with your family and close friends.
It is important to be honest but above all open in everything you say.
Speaking plainly and sincerely does wonders for strengthening and balancing the throat chakra.

Gemstones like: lapis lazuli, blue agate, turquoise or aquamarine lace, blue topaz are of great help in balancing the throat chakra.
To stimulate or support it, a magnificent turquoise jewel is ideal for opening up communication channels.
Keep a diary
It is sometimes helpful to speak without reservation or censorship in order to open the throat chakra.
To avoid feeling judged on certain subjects, it is recommended that you express yourself in writing in a diary.
Write down everything that comes to mind in it.

Sing with love
Singing helps disperse blockages, activate and balance the throat chakra.
If you’re shy or think you don’t have a great voice, go for the hum.

Do yoga
To unblock the throat chakra with yoga, one should mainly focus on the simple movements of the neck.

Gently roll your head and neck from side to side and then back after releasing your jaw.
While massaging the back of the neck, inhale deeply into the neck.
