Dandruff: how to get rid of it naturally?
New: This anti-stress breathing technique is very effective for turn off anxiety (and no, it's not deep breathing).

Dandruff is an eyesore for men and women.

They are due either to a skin infection called seborrheic dermatitis or to an excessively dry scalp.

These are real causes of stress and bad mood.

In some cases, eczema, the Malassezia fungus, and psoriasis are the cause of dandruff, and the symptoms are itching and discomfort of the scalp.

Prefer to seek natural advice for treating dandruff is essential as most dandruff shampoos contain chemicals that are unsuitable for hair and skin like zinc, ketoconazole, and tar.

This article will show you the natural and effective ways to fight dandruff and its causes.

Aspirin, essential oil and bicarbonate.

These are grandmother’s remedies that have been tested and approved for effective dandruff control.

Aspirin

Aspirin contains salicylic acid, which is close to the active ingredient in some anti-dandruff shampoos.

What you need to combat dandruff is to crush the aspirin to make it a thin powder.

Then mix this powder with the amount of shampoo you usually use and wash your hair.

You must wait 2 minutes before rinsing your head.

Use this mixture at least twice a week.

The result will undoubtedly surprise you after a month.

Tea tree essential oil

With only 5% tea tree essential oil in your shampoo, you can dramatically reduce dandruff.

It is a scientifically proven process.

You can simply add a few drops of tea tree oil to your regular shampoo and make routine use of it.

Baking soda.

Baking soda doesn’t only belong to your kitchen, and you can use it effectively to treat dandruff.

Baking soda can calm the itchy scalp and reduce dandruff.

You need to wet your hair and rub it with a handful of bicarbonate and make sure you apply it on the scalp significantly.

After that, just rinse your hair.

Bicarbonate is also recommended to fight against the action of ordinary shampoos that may dry the scalp and cause dandruff.

This treatment should be done for several weeks to allow your scalp to produce a substance that will naturally hydrate it.

You will see that not only will you no longer have dandruff, but your hair will be softer.

Apple cider vinegar, mouthwash and coconut oil

Home remedies are the most effective for getting rid of dandruff.

Apple cider vinegar

This vinegar is effective in eliminating dandruff by the ability of its acid to modify the pH of your scalp, which destroys the development of dandruff.

The operation is simple.

Mix a quarter cup of apple cider vinegar with the same amount of water in a spray bottle, then spray the result on your scalp.

After that, you can use your towel to wrap your head for 15 minutes to 1 hour.

Finally, wash your hair.

If you repeat this treatment twice a week, the result will be amply satisfactory.

Mouthwash liquids

When dandruff is a severe case, you can treat it with mouthwashes liquids.

Just wash your hair as usual, but rinse it out with an alcohol-based mouthwash liquid.

Mouthwashes solutions contain antifungal properties.

These are recommended for the effective fight against fungi, which cause dandruff in the hair.

Coconut oil

It is a tested and approved remedy to fight against dandruff.

Before taking your shower, you can start by massaging your scalp with one to two tablespoons of coconut oil.

Rinse after an hour and apply your shampoo as usual.

Some natural shampoos contain coconut oil, and it could be a great addition to your anti-dandruff cure to use them.

Lemon, salt and aloe vera

These three substances are beneficial in the fight against unwanted dandruff.

Lemon

We have them in our kitchen without knowing their true potential.

Just use 2 to 3 tablespoons of lemon juice to massage your scalp deeply.

The next step is to rinse your hair.

Then mix a teaspoon of lemon juice in a cup of water.

Rinse your hair again with this mixture.

This daily treatment should be used until dandruff disappears.

Salt

Its abrasive nature makes it particularly useful for rubbing and removing dandruff.

Before washing with shampoo, put some salt on your head and then knead your hair.

Massage to allow the salt to remove dead skin from the scalp and then use your regular shampoo.

Aloe vera

Aloe vera is very useful in combating itchy scalp.

Just massage your scalp with aloe vera.

Its refreshing effect will calm the itching.

Finally, use your shampoo after the massage.

This product also has the particularity of nourishing your hair and giving it a new shine.

Garlic and olive oil

These are two potent agents for cleaning the scalp.

Garlic

Garlic has antifungal properties that are recommended for a perfect fight against bacteria, causing dandruff.

Just crush the garlic and rub your scalp with it.

The downside is the strong smell of garlic that can stay on your hair.

For this reason, you can mix your crushed garlic solution with honey before performing the massage.

The honey will absorb the smell of garlic.

Rinse and then wash with shampoo.

Olive oil

Olive oil is one of the most effective remedies in the fight against dandruff.

Start with massaging the scalp with 10 drops of olive oil.

Preferably do this in the evening to leave the solution overnight to act.

You can use a hat or towel to keep your hair from dirtying your sheet or pillows.

The next morning, wash your hair as usual.

For more efficiency, you can opt directly for an olive oil shampoo.

Dandruff is an enemy of the scalp and hairs, but you can easily cope with it thanks to natural remedies that are simple to obtain.
