Dreams are sometimes coded messages and writing them down can help you gradually decipher them.

Dreams can help you better work your psychic powers.

Work on your vision capacity

Start by defining a location.

Then list the things you want to know and feel about this place.

Are you looking for events that happened there?

Be focused and do a visualization in your mind.

Take note of the feelings and thoughts that came during the visualization.

Work on the scan

You have to scan someone’s energy and connect with them in order to know things about them.

Do the exercise with a person who is completely or almost unknown, and you both close your eyes.

Look at his energy and focus on what you see and what you feel.

Strengthen your mind

Relaxation, yoga, meditation as well as intuition and mindfulness training exercises such as MBSR meditation will help you to better consolidate your mind and facilitate the development of your powers.

The psychic connection whatever its form is very difficult or even impossible when one is in a normal state of consciousness.

Relaxing helps rid the brain of unnecessary thoughts and therefore connects with certain things.

Relaxation can also help you strengthen your clairaudience and your gift of second vision.

A good relaxation allows you to reduce the stress which can be an obstacle to the development of your gifts.

Get enough sleep (8 hours per night) and eat a healthy, balanced diet.

Meditate

Those who have gifts and who use them very often practice meditation.

This is very important because it is about training your brain to connect and be aware of your surroundings.

He will thus learn to connect with what surrounds you.

Meditation can also relieve stress and have a calm and relaxed mind.

Remember that mastering meditation takes time and that you should not get discouraged from the first attempt.

Find a quiet place where you will be alone and start with small sessions of 10 to 15 minutes per day.

Set basic goals for yourself that will be easy to achieve and as you go, you can raise the bar.

You can also practice yoga which greatly reduces stress and promotes relaxation.

Strengthen your intuition

When we talk about intuition, it refers to an inexplicable feeling that is triggered in you and that is caused by specific people, places or situations.

There is always a specific reason behind this feeling and the level of intuition varies from person to person.

When intuition is strengthened, you will be able to understand your surroundings in all its depth.

Do not hesitate to write notes of your intuitions and to make comparisons in a progressive way.

Train your mindfulness

It is through mindfulness that you will be able to focus objectively on what is happening in your environment.

Mindfulness improves with relaxation sessions as well as meditation.

Do daily concentration exercises to strengthen your mindfulness and improve your level of concentration.

Experiment to be able to listen to the quiet sounds around you.

Strengthen your psychic powers

Strengthening your psychic powers comes through exercises as well as visualization workouts.

Exercise

It is excellent physical condition that will allow you to strengthen your psychic powers.

You have to constantly exercise in order to learn how to evolve and improve yourself.

Practice yoga to relieve stress, relax, and open your mind.

You can also use the dumbbells to build up your strength or go rock climbing to test your abilities in the environment.

Running is also a useful exercise that will help you build endurance and increase your speed.

You should not try to do many exercises at once.

Practice little by little for a start and do what suits your abilities.

Avoid the consumption of tobacco and alcohol which can hamper your strengthening of your physical condition.

Practice visualization in the dark

This exercise will help you get your eyes used to dark or poorly lit places.

You need to sit in the dark for about 30 minutes in order to train your eyes.

Through this exercise, your eyes will be able to develop the ability to see things as well as details in the dark.

You will no longer have a hard time viewing in dark environments.

Do Parkour

This urban sport consists of moving around in its environment as quickly as possible while taking into account obstacles.

This sport requires maintaining momentum regardless of the movements performed (running, jumping, climbing, etc.).

It will help you move around your environment with a perfect view of it and the barriers to overcome.

You don’t have to develop your powers and gifts in order not to use them later.

You need to do regular practice exercises to assess yourself.
